What You’ll Do:

• Operate planetary grinders, edge grinders, and hand grinders to prepare and polish concrete surfaces

• Apply densifiers, sealers, coatings, and other surface treatments to meet project specifications

• Install control joint filler and complete crack, patch, and surface repair work as required

• Set up, maintain, and clean polishing equipment, vacuums, tooling, and work areas

• Follow finish requirements, project instructions, and quality standards for each stage of the polishing process

• Work safely and efficiently on active construction sites while coordinating with crew members and supervisors

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in concrete polishing, surface prep, or related flooring/concrete work

• Experience operating grinders, hand grinders, vacuums, and other polishing equipment

• Familiarity with joint filler, densifiers, sealers, coatings, and concrete repair materials

• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce consistent, high-quality finishes

• Ability to read site plans and follow instructions accurately

• A reliable worker with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Safety-minded and comfortable working on active construction sites

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills with a willingness to grow with a company that values hard work and team spirit

External Factors/Health & Safety:

Seasonal weather is a factor in the completion of the duties. Safety hazards can be but not limited to loud noise, seasonal temperature extremes, precipitation, heavy lifting, exposure to chemicals and electrical equipment. We value our team and as such, creating a safe environment is a key factor in our hiring practices. You will be expected to understand, implement, and follow safety protocols in all areas of your role.
